In the past you may have requested and received funds from the Steubenville Rotary Foundation to support an event or project. We have recently changed the process for disbursing funds and how you will apply for such funding
The Steubenville Rotary Foundation is a 501c3 organization that is supported by the Rotary Club of Steubenville and its members. Begging this January 2021 if you wish to receive support from the Steubenville Rotary Foundation you will be required to complete a grant application. The application will replace all other forms of request and must be used to receive funding.
The grant application period will be open from January 2 to March 31 on a yearly basis. Applications will be reviewed by our local Foundation committee and funds will be dispersed after July 1 of that year based on what funds are available. I have enclosed a copy of the application to use as a guide, but you will be required to complete the application online and submit by mail after printing or by email.
All applications:
- Must be completed in full and supported with any additional documentation as may be required.
- Must meet a local need in the community using the Areas of Focus of Rotary International. They are listed in the application.
- Director or other member of your organization needs to be available to answer any additional questions the committee may have.
